The Notification Settings tab allows you to configure various email notifications related to job applications, job status changes, and recruiter actions. It helps ensure that all relevant parties are informed when important changes occur in the recruitment process.

1. Mail Settings

This section allows you to send an email notification to candidates when the status of their application changes. You can configure which status changes trigger an email notification.

• Send mail when application status changes to:
• You can select from various job application statuses to send notifications to candidates when their application reaches these stages.
• To enable email notifications, check the box next to each status. The system will send an email to the candidate when their job application reaches the selected status.

2. Email Notification Settings

This section lets you enable email notifications for specific recruiter and job actions. These actions include new jobs, job applications, interview schedules, offer letters, and recruiter notifications.

• New Job (Added by Admin): Send an email notification when a new job is added to the system.
• New Job Application (Added by Admin): Send an email when a candidate applies for a new job.
• New Interview Schedule (Added by Admin): Send an email when an interview schedule is created.
• New Offer Letter (Added by Admin): Send an email when a new offer letter is generated for a candidate.
• Notifications to Recruiter: Send notifications to recruiters for various actions such as job applications, interview schedules, and offer letters.

For each notification, you can check or uncheck the box to enable or disable the notification.
